5.4 THE COMPANY Priorities

It is critical that restaurant priorities are followed at all times to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.

The priority system is as follows:

  1. Guests in the Restaurant and Digital Guests – Always the top priority.
  2. Restaurant Cleanliness – A clean, safe, and pleasant environment must be maintained.
  3. Food Preparation and Stocking – Ensure food is properly prepped and necessary items are fully stocked.

This priority system will be explained in detail during your training.

What This Means in Practice

Guests inside our Restaurant—or those ordering digitally—must always receive your full attention above anything else. Guests are never to be turned away for any reason. This includes not only serving them promptly at the counter but also checking back to ensure their entire dining experience is positive and memorable from start to finish.

Remember: The guest experience does not end when they walk away from the counter. Their impression of us continues until they leave the restaurant—and beyond. Nothing in the store is more important than our Guests.

Professional Conduct

  • You must not engage in personal conversations that can be overheard by guests, as this is unprofessional and takes away from their experience.
  • Your focus should remain on the guest you are serving, other guests in the dining area, and the overall dining environment.
