- Examples include scheduling reminders, urgent alerts, benefits information, recalls, operational updates, training purposes, scheduling releases/pickups and policy updates.
- Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular plan and carrier.
Mandatory Participation
- Text message communication is a required condition of employment at THE COMPANY.
- Opting out of THE COMPANY text messages is not permitted.
- Failure to maintain an active, valid phone number on file or refusal to receive company text messages will be considered a violation of company policy and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
- Team Members are responsible for notifying management immediately if their phone number changes.
- For record-keeping purposes, Team Members are considered to have received all official THE COMPANY communications once a text message has been sent, regardless of whether the message is read or acknowledged.
