4.17 Conflict Resolution/Workplace Concerns Policy

THE COMPANY recognizes that disagreements or interpersonal issues may occur in the workplace. Team Members are encouraged to resolve issues respectfully and promptly.

Steps:

  1. Attempt respectful direct communication with the other Team Member (when safe and appropriate).
  2. If unresolved, notify a Manager or complete the Workplace Concerns Form.
  3. Management will review the concern and provide guidance, mediation, or corrective action as appropriate.

Conflicts involving harassment, discrimination, threats, or safety issues must not be handled privately and must be reported immediately.
