3.11 Immigration & I-9 Verification Rights
All Team Members have rights during the hiring and verification process, including:
- The right to choose which acceptable documents to present for I-9 verification
- The right not to be discriminated against based on citizenship or immigration status
- The right to receive and respond to any “tentative nonconfirmation” (TNC) from E-Verify
- Protection from retaliation for asserting immigration-related rights
- The right to work while resolving E-Verify discrepancies
- Confidential handling of immigration-related information
THE COMPANY follows all federal requirements for I-9 retention and E-Verify processing.
THE COMPANY will not photocopy, store, or request additional documents beyond what federal law requires.
