3.11 Immigration & I-9 Verification Rights

All Team Members have rights during the hiring and verification process, including:

  • The right to choose which acceptable documents to present for I-9 verification
  • The right not to be discriminated against based on citizenship or immigration status
  • The right to receive and respond to any “tentative nonconfirmation” (TNC) from E-Verify
  • Protection from retaliation for asserting immigration-related rights
  • The right to work while resolving E-Verify discrepancies
  • Confidential handling of immigration-related information

THE COMPANY follows all federal requirements for I-9 retention and E-Verify processing.

THE COMPANY will not photocopy, store, or request additional documents beyond what federal law requires.
