3.7 Right-to-Know & Hazard Communication Rights

Under federal Hazard Communication Standards and Georgia’s Right-to-Know rules, all Team Members have the right to:

  • Know what hazardous chemicals are present in the restaurant
  • Access Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals
  • Receive training on safe handling and emergency procedures
  • Be informed of chemical exposures and protective measures
  • Report chemical hazards without retaliation

THE COMPANY maintains an SDS binder accessible at all times and provides required hazard communication training during onboarding and throughout employment.

THE COMPANY strictly prohibits retaliation against any Team Member for exercising these rights or raising concerns in good faith.
