3.15 Whistleblower & Anti-Retaliation Rights

Team Members have the protected right to report:

  • Safety concerns
  • Discrimination or harassment
  • Wage violations
  • Fraud, theft, or illegal activity
  • Food safety concerns
  • Environmental or health hazards
  • Policy violations

Team Members are protected from retaliation for making good-faith reports, cooperating in investigations, or exercising any legal right.

Retaliation — including termination, schedule cuts, intimidation, threats, or reassignment — is strictly prohibited.
