3.8 Wage and Hour Rights (Federal and Georgia)

  • Be paid at least the federal and Georgia minimum wage
  • Be paid overtime (1.5×) for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
  • Be paid for all hours worked, including opening/closing duties and required meetings
  • Accurate timekeeping and truthful recording of hours
  • Receive wages on the regular payday
  • Receive a final paycheck on the next scheduled payday after separation
  • Be free from wage retaliation for raising concerns
  • Keep your tips (except lawful tip sharing between eligible Team Members)
  • Not work “off-the-clock” under any circumstance
