3.6 OSHA Workplace Safety Rights

All team members have protected rights under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). These include the right to:

  • A safe and hazard-free workplace
  • Report unsafe working conditions
  • Receive information and training about workplace hazards
  • Access records of injuries and illnesses
  • Request an OSHA inspection
  • Report injuries or illnesses without fear of retaliation
  • Decline unsafe work when a reasonable person would believe a serious risk exists

THE COMPANY strictly prohibits retaliation against any Team Member who reports safety concerns, files a complaint, or participates in workplace safety investigations.

THE COMPANY strictly prohibits retaliation against any Team Member for exercising these rights or raising concerns in good faith.
