1.19 How to Use and Access This Handbook

Team Members are expected to:

  • Read and understand the policies contained in this Handbook;
  • Refer to this Handbook when questions arise regarding workplace expectations;
  • Seek clarification from management when needed;
  • Follow all established policies and procedures; and
  • Comply with management instructions consistent with this Handbook.

This Handbook is intended to support your success. Team Members should revisit it regularly and reach out to their Restaurant Manager, District Manager, or Director of Operations with any questions.

 

Access to Handbook

THE COMPANY provides digital access to this handbook through:

Printed copies are not provided due to length and version control.

The version on the Team Member Portal is the official and most current version.
Screenshots, downloads, copying, sharing, or distribution without written approval is prohibited.

The Team Member Handbook and all related materials are the property of THE COMPANY. Access to this handbook is provided solely for informational and training purposes to active team members of the organization.

Upon separation from employment—whether voluntary or involuntary—access to the handbook and all THE COMPANY systems and documents may be removed without notice.
