3.12 ADA, Pregnancy, and Religious Accommodation Rights

Team Members have the legal right to request reasonable accommodations related to:

  • Disabilities (ADA)
  • Pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions
  • Religious beliefs and practices

Rights include:

  • Confidential handling of accommodation requests
  • Fair evaluation of all requests
  • Protection from retaliation
  • The right to an interactive process with management
