3.12 ADA, Pregnancy, and Religious Accommodation Rights
Team Members have the legal right to request reasonable accommodations related to:
- Disabilities (ADA)
- Pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions
- Religious beliefs and practices
Rights include:
- Confidential handling of accommodation requests
- Fair evaluation of all requests
- Protection from retaliation
- The right to an interactive process with management
