3.1 Overview of Team Member Rights

THE COMPANY is committed to maintaining a workplace where all Team Members understand their rights under federal, state, and local laws. This Chapter summarizes the primary rights, protections, and legal notices that apply to you as an employee of THE COMPANY.

These rights exist independently of THE COMPANY policies and ensure that all Team Members are treated fairly, lawfully, and with respect. 

Nothing in this Chapter expands or limits your employment relationship with THE COMPANY; rather, it provides clear information about your legal rights in the workplace.

These rights are protected by federal and state law and are provided to ensure a fair and lawful workplace for all Team Members. Nothing in this Chapter alters the at-will employment relationship or replaces THE COMPANY policies set forth in this Handbook.
