1.2 About THE COMPANY (Independent Franchisee Statement)

THE COMPANY is a long-standing independently owned and operated SUBWAY® franchise group, operating restaurants since 2003. Although we operate SUBWAY® restaurants, we are not owned, operated, or controlled by SUBWAY® Corporate(SUBWAY® IP Inc.).

This means:

·       THE COMPANY hires, trains, disciplines, and manages Team Members.

·       THE COMPANY sets wages, schedules, and employment policies.

·       THE COMPANY makes all employment-related decisions independently.

·       SUBWAY® Corporate does not supervise, control, or manage your employment. 

We take pride in serving our community with exceptional service, fresh ingredients, and a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and consistency.

Employment with THE COMPANY is solely with the franchise entity. No statements, policies, or materials from SUBWAY® Corporate override or replace THE COMPANY’s policies.

SUBWAY® Corporate provides brand and operational standards, but THE COMPANY is independently responsible for managing and operating each restaurant in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
