5.1 Recruitment and Hiring

THE COMPANY’s primary goal when recruiting new Team Members is to ensure that vacancies are filled with individuals who demonstrate the best available skills, abilities, and experience necessary to perform the work in our restaurants. Recruitment, selection, and placement decisions are based strictly on job-related criteria and in accordance with applicable federal and state employment laws.

Team Member Referrals

We encourage current Team Members to recommend qualified candidates who may be interested in joining THE COMPANY. Referrals are valued as a source of new talent, but all candidates must follow the standard hiring process.

  1. Complete required screening questions.
  2. Submit an online application.
  3. If qualified, complete an assessment and may be invited to schedule an interview.

 

Falsified Employment References

Providing inaccurate, fabricated, or misleading employment references (including using friends or family as former supervisors) is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification or termination.

 

Accuracy of Information

All information provided during the recruitment, application, and onboarding process must be complete and accurate. Any misrepresentations, falsifications, or material omissions may result in:

  • Removal of the candidate from further consideration for employment, or
  • Termination of employment if discovered after hire.
