Every Team Member has a direct role in protecting and delivering this promise.

 

Commitment to Quality and Freshness

  • We insist on the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients in all menu items.
  • While premium ingredients may carry a higher cost, they represent true value for our guests, who expect and deserve excellent quality at every visit.
  • Food that does not meet freshness, safety, or quality standards must never be served.

  • Any deviation from established food preparation procedures is prohibited unless specifically authorized by THE COMPANY or SUBWAY® corporate standards.

 

Standardization and Consistency

  • Standardization is essential to the SUBWAY® brand. Guests must be able to expect the same high-quality product at every location.
  • All SUBWAY® restaurants are required to adhere to the official SUBWAY® preparation procedures, portion controls, and presentation standards.
  • Failure to comply with these procedures may result in corrective action, up to and including termination, as product integrity is a non-negotiable condition of employment.
