Team Member Handbook
The Team Member Handbook provides all employment, operational, safety, and guest-service standards for SUBWAY® restaurants owned and operated by The Dennis Group Inc. / Southeast Atlanta Restaurant Group Inc. This Handbook outlines THE COMPANY’s official policies, expectations, procedures, and best practices required for all Team Members.
It includes Part One (Employment Policies, HR Compliance, Workplace Rules, and Team Member Expectations) and Part Two (Operational Standards, SUBWAY® SOPs, Food Safety, Guest Service, and Restaurant Procedures). This online version is the most current and takes precedence over any printed or older versions.
All Team Members are responsible for reading, understanding, and following every policy within this Handbook. Compliance with this Handbook is a condition of employment for all Team Members.
