3.4 Equal Employment Rights (Federal and Georgia)

All Team Members have the right to work in an environment free from unlawful discrimination. Under federal and Georgia law, you have the right not to be discriminated against based on:

  • Race
  • Color
  • Religion
  • Sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, and related conditions)
  • Sexual orientation
  • Gender identity
  • National origin
  • Age (40+)
  • Disability
  • Genetic information
  • Any other legally protected characteristic

You also have the right to be free from retaliation for reporting discrimination, participating in an investigation, or exercising your workplace rights.
