All new job openings will be posted at http://www.dgisubway.com. Team Members are encouraged to review postings regularly and consider available opportunities.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to apply for an open position, a Team Member must:

  • Meet the minimum hiring specifications for the position.
  • Be in good standing with respect to work record and performance.
  • Have been in their current position for at least one (1) year depending on position, unless exceptional circumstances warrant an earlier application.

Note: THE COMPANY reserves the right to waive these requirements at its sole discretion when deemed appropriate and necessary.

 

Application Process

Interested Team Members should notify their Restaurant Manager when applying for a posted position. THE COMPANY, in its discretion, may hire, promote, or transfer any Team Member deemed appropriate for the position.

Many members of THE COMPANY’s leadership team began in non-management positions. Team Members who demonstrate willingness, initiative, and leadership skills are encouraged to pursue management and supervisory roles. Common promotional paths include:
