4.16 No Expectation of Privacy Policy
THE COMPANY provides various communication, electronic, and technology systems to support business operations. These systems—including but not limited to phones, tablets, POS systems, computers, email, software applications, text platforms, cameras, Wi-Fi, voice systems, messaging tools, and any other digital or physical communication resources—are the property of THE COMPANY and are to be used for business purposes.
Team Members have no expectation of privacy when using any THE COMPANY-owned or -provided system, tool, network, device, or communication channel. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Email accounts
- Text messaging platforms
- Tablets, computers, or phones
- Wi-Fi usage
- POS messages or notes
- GPS/location-enabled applications
- Video or audio surveillance
- Stored documents or files
- Internet browsing activity
THE COMPANY reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to:
- Monitor, access, review, audit, log, or disclose any communication or data transmitted, received, or stored on its systems
- Monitor live or recorded video or audio surveillance
- Review Team Member activity on digital platforms
- Inspect any THE COMPANY-owned device at any time
Monitoring may occur with or without notice. Personal use of THE COMPANY systems does not create any expectation of privacy.
Any violation of THE COMPANY’s communication, technology, privacy, or confidentiality policies may result in corrective action, up to and including termination.
