3.16 Personnel File Access Rights

Team Members have the right to:

  • Request review of certain personnel records
  • Request copies of documents they have signed
  • Request correction of inaccurate information

Requests must be made in writing. THE COMPANY will accommodate requests within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with Georgia law and THE COMPANY procedures.
