1. Purpose of This Notice

This Legal Notice establishes the terms, limitations, and conditions under which Team Members, Managers, and authorized users may access and use THE COMPANY’s Team Member Handbook, including all content contained in Part 1 – Employment & Policy and Part 2 – Operations Manual.

By accessing or viewing the Handbook through THE COMPANY’s authorized digital platforms, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Proprietary & Confidential Information

All content in this Handbook is proprietary business information belonging to The Dennis Group Inc. / Southeast Atlanta Restaurant Group Inc. (“THE COMPANY”).
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Policies and procedures
• Training material
• Operational standards
• Safety requirements
• Disciplinary structures
• Internal workflow processes
• Digital forms, links, QR codes, and job aids
• Any pages or documents referenced within the Handbook

Unauthorized use, reproduction, disclosure, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, civil liability, and/or criminal consequences.

3. No Employment Contract

The Handbook does not constitute an employment contract.
Nothing in the Handbook changes the at-will employment relationship between you and THE COMPANY.

THE COMPANY may modify, revise, or discontinue policies at any time, with or without notice, to remain compliant with Georgia law, federal law, Subway® requirements, and business needs.

4. Digital-Only Format & Electronic Access

The Handbook is maintained exclusively in digital form on THE COMPANY’s authorized platforms, including but not limited to:

• handbook.dgisubway.com
• THE COMPANY’s digital portals
• Authorized BookStack instances
• QR-code-linked internal systems

Printed or unofficial copies may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect.
Only the digital version is considered the official and current version.

5. User Access, Credentials & Security Requirements

Access to the Handbook may require login credentials.
You agree to:

• Keep login credentials secure
• Not share access with unauthorized users
• Not bypass or attempt to bypass access restrictions
• Not screen-record, scrape, copy, or duplicate content
• Not modify, alter, or create derivatives of Handbook content

Any attempt to circumvent access controls may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination, and further legal action if appropriate.

6. Prohibited Use & Content Protections

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, screenshotting, printing, or redistributing content for non-work purposes
• Sharing Handbook content with outside parties, competitors, or the general public
• Uploading, posting, or storing Handbook content on personal devices, unapproved platforms, or social media
• Using content for legal disputes, public commentary, or non-authorized purposes

Violation of prohibited-use rules may lead to termination, civil damages, or referral to law enforcement.

7. Accuracy & Updates

THE COMPANY makes reasonable efforts to keep Handbook content up to date and accurate.
However:

• Laws and regulations may change
• Subway® corporate standards may update
• THE COMPANY operations may evolve
• Content may be revised or expanded at any time

THE COMPANY reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
Users are responsible for reviewing updates when posted.

8. No Guarantee of Uniform Enforcement

The existence of any policy does not guarantee uniform enforcement in every situation.
THE COMPANY may handle each situation based on specific circumstances, consistent with applicable laws and business needs.

Nothing in the Handbook limits THE COMPANY’s discretion unless specifically required by law.

9. Reporting Errors or Questions

If you believe any content is unclear, incorrect, outdated, or missing, you must notify a Manager, Supervisor, or THE COMPANY’s administrative office so the correction can be evaluated and made.

Failure to seek clarification does not excuse policy violations.

By accessing the Handbook—whether through mobile, desktop, portal, QR code, or any digital platform—you acknowledge, understand, and agree to:
